Orders for stationery can be placed by email by following the steps below. Please read the terms and conditions before ordering.

Guest name printing on place cards and invitations.
No charge for email drafts and a physical proofs.
Envelopes with invitations, rsvps, save the dates and thank you cards. Though these can be upgraded at cost.
Colour charts and card samples to choose colours from
Prices are held from the moment you book your stationery. For example if you book now but did not need all or some of your stationery till 2015 you would still pay the current 2014 prices.
Steps for ordering
1. Contact Artemis Stationery by phone or email. If close by we could arrange a meeting to discuss your order or if not skype is almost as good, it just lacks cake. From there we will start design work. If you like the initial designs then you’ll need to send us the text you wish to use on your stationery. I can help advise with this and the resources section of the website links to a lot of useful information. There’s no pressure to know exactly what you want straight away and it’s normal to try out different fonts, colours and layouts to see which you prefer, these drafts will be sent by email.
2. Once the design is finalised we’ll print a physical proof and despatch it once a 20% deposit is received. One set of physical proofs are free, there is no charge for the email proofs sent before this.
3. Once you have approved the proof we will produce your stationery upon receipt of full payment. For items like invitations and place cards the names of your guests will need to be sent at this point. Your order will be sent to you either by courier or royal mail as agreed.
Typically 4-6 weeks is needed to be able to comfortably move through the design and production process. If you need your stationery quicker than this it normally isn’t a problem but please contact me. Items like table plans need a minimum of ten days from receiving the final details till the wedding. All the stationery unless otherwise stated is made ourselves so cannot guarantee we will be able to accept all orders during periods of peak demand. You can book a place in the diary, contact us with the details of which items you want, by when and the approximate quantities. Your place will be confirmed a £40 deposit is received.

There are minimum order quantities of 15 except for menus, table names and table plans.
I always try to help with urgent orders. Most items can be produced between 7 and 14 days, extra charges may apply, contact me for further details.
