If you wish to tell us your colour scheme and the name's of the bride and groom we will try and show you some initial designs. On paid samples these are on the samples, while on free samples we can send preview designs via email.

Free Samples

We can send free samples of up to three designs. Though if you have a favourite please indicate so we can make sure to send most samples of these. These can include a sample of any invititation type - (though we generally use Bifold card as samples for the Trifold due to the high similarity between the two and high cost of the Trifold cards). We will also send a selection of other items and smaller invites to give you a good idea of our range of products. This provides an opportunity to see our work close up without paying anything and getting an over view of the range.

Specific Items/Paid Samples

This is if you want to see more than is offered by the free samples. Such as trifold cards and orders of service. These are priced at half the item price plus £1 towards postage and packing. Samples of table plans are not available though designs maybe sent and we can send scaled down samples of our printing.

General

Dependent on work load if you let us know your basic details such as colours and names we will endeavour to include these in your samples. Though we can show ideas via email based on the any information you provide. It is normal though to refine the colours during the order process. As a bespoke stationery makers samples are a good base to discuss what you require rather than a preview of your finished product as their are many shades of each colour and we endevour to find the colours and other details that are right for you.

We charge for some samples because as bespoke stationery maker we don't carry stocks of our products and therefore they can be time consuming to produce. We do not make a profit from samples and any samples paid for will be taken off an order if you choose to order with Artemis Stationery.

Payment

For samples that require payment we will send a payment request from paypal though payment may also be made by cheque or google checkout. You do not need a paypal or google checkout account to use as they allow you to pay by debit or credit card. If you do not wish to wait for a request for payment it is possible to send money to us by sending directly to our email address contact@artemisstationery.co.uk via paypal or google checkout.
