How to Order with Artemis Stationery
Orders for
stationery can be placed by email by following the steps below. There are minimum order sizes of
15 for all
items except, menus, table numbers (5) and table plans (1). Please read our
terms and conditions before ordering.
- Click here for our order form and return it by post or email or use the form on this page. Alternatively phone us and we'll do the writing.
- A 20% deposit is needed to start designing your stationery. We will you guide
you through the decisions on colours, fonts and wording.
- We will then send you proofs. These are free, initially they will be online before a final physical proof.
- Once you have approved the proof we will produce your stationery once we receive full
payment. Once complete we will send your
order via royal mail special delivery.
Typically we need 4 weeks to be able to comfortably move through the
design and production process. If you need it quicker than this we should
still be able to help but please contact us. Items like table plans need a minimum of a week from receiving the final details till the wedding. We do make all our stationery
ourselves so cannot guarantee we will be able to accept all orders during
periods of peak demand. Though you can book a place in our diary, contact
us with the details of which items you want, by when and the approximate
quantities. We will confirm this booking when we receive a £40 deposit.

Express Orders
We always try to help with urgent orders. Most items can be ordered between 7
and 14 days dependent on the items ordered. There may be additional costs though
to cover buying supplies at short notice. Generally these are about 25% of the
cost but do vary dependent on exact time frames and order sizes. Contact us to
check availability and costs, please give as much information as possible.

Payment
Payment online is through paypal or google checkout. These allows
payment by debit and credit cards and does not need a account with either to use.
Please inform us if you have a preference. We will send an invoice to your email address.
Cheques can also be used though may take longer to clear. They can be made payable to Artemis Stationery and can be posted to Artemis Stationery, 26 Trent Close, Yeovil, Somerset, BA21 5XQ
Customising your Stationery
All our stationery can be customised so it is bespoke to you. We do this by using your choice of fonts
and colours.
We also offer to design a free insignia which could feature inside items like invitations and order of services or on the back of place names. This insignia is a design based on your Names. Examples of
these designs can be seen here.
Postage Costs
General Orders
1st Class signed for, £8 - £15 dependent on weight. This is the service we use as standard as it offers the
best compromise between value and speed. 2nd class is available at a lower price, please enquire.
Special delivery £11 - £26 dependent on weight.
We will estimate this at the time your order is placed. Depends on volume and weight of the order and does not include
Table Plans which have to be sent seperately due to their size and shape.
