Table Plans
Table plans are used to inform guests on which table they will be sitting.
Normally the table plan will show each table on the plan in way which reflects
how they are laid out in the venue. Each guest that is sitting on that table is then listed.
Guests names grouped onto the tables they will be sitting need to be sent to us with enough time for
us to produce and deliver the table plan.
Ordering
Short notice orders for Table Plans can be taken. Ordering 14 days before delivery is required there
is either a 25 percent additional supplement and 50% for 7 or under days. There may also be limited choices depending on what we have in stock and
what materials can be obtained. Please see our
ordering page to place your order - we will
respond ASAP. If you wish to buy a table plan from us at a later date it's a
good idea to book in advance, that way we can get the general design finalised
leaving just the guest names to fill in when the details are known.
Information needed for Table Plans includes the range you want the table plan in.
Your colour scheme, wedding information including venue, date and Bride and
Grooms name. The guest names with what tables they are on and the table
names plus any special instructions.
Table plan printed A3 and A2. Both are printed onto the same card we use for our card invitations.
A3 is approx 42 by 29.7 cm and the A2 is 60 by 42cm (this is a new size and is not listed on the ranges page, contact
us for details).
We can mount this onto board if required if it's required to stand rather than be
framed or used like a poster.
Printed table plans are available for each range except Milan.

If you would like them to be mounted please add £8. Over 12 tables there is
an additional £0.80 supplement per table.

The Standard Table plan is the commonest type of table plan seen and features printed panels mounted onto a back board. The board is available in a choice of colours while
the printed elements are printed on the same 315gsm card used on the other stationery. The size is approx 84 by 59 cm or A1.
Prices are from £65 and are available for each
range. Over 12 tables there is an
additional £2 supplement per table.
Stretched canvas table plans are similar to our printed table plans and use the same design.
The size is approx 70 by 50 cm although smaller versions are possible if required
- please see our canvas section for sizes. These make excellent mementos of your wedding. Our canvases are
stretched on gallery bars with a depth of 4cm and printed onto quality canvas.
